The team at Rye put on a “Wimbledon Wednesday” to celebrate the tennis in July.
Clare Gladwish, Chef Team Leader said “We decided to do a tennis day which we called Wimbeldon Wednesday to celebrate the tournament. Nicole Mende and Samantha Teare from the physiotherapist department based at Rye, Winchelsea & District Memorial Hospital played games in the day room and the patients enjoyed watching the tennis whilst eating fresh scones with all the trimmings.”
